Terms of participation

Highlife Fabrics is launching a photo competition and is looking for the most beautiful photos of you with our fabrics. Finished garments, detail shots - there are no limits to your creativity when choosing your motifs. It's easy to take part and there are great prizes to win.

The competition is hosted by "Highlife Fabrics Inh. BARILUX textiles GmbH" (hereinafter referred to as Highlife Fabrics).

Participation:

A person takes part in the photo competition by sending in a self-taken photo by email or via WhatsApp. The entry deadlines for the contest can be found on the page of the current competition. A jury preselection will then take place. The best 10 photo will be published for public voting on various channels.

By submitting a photo, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation.

Eligibility: Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 14 are eligible to participate. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required..

Announcement of winners and allocation of prizes:

The winners of the voting will be announced 3-4 weeks after the closing date. The winners of the competition will be informed promptly via a separate e-mail or WhatsApp message about the prize. By confirming these conditions of participation they agree that their names may be published on the Highlife Fabrics website.

The prize will only be handed over to the winner or the legal representative of the underage winner. It is not possible to exchange, transfer or pay out the prize in cash. Any costs incurred for shipping the prize (within the EU) will be borne by the organiser. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

The entitlement to the prize expires if the winner cannot be contacted, if there is no response or if the prize is not accepted after 21 days, calculated from the first publication of the winner. A maximum of one prize can be allocated to one participant.

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the possible judgement of the competition entries submitted..

Image rights:

By submitting the photo, the participant confirms that the image rights belong exclusively to him/her, i.e. that no third party can assert rights to the submitted image. In addition, the participant assures that all persons visible in the photo agree to the publication of the entry.

Highlife Fabrics is granted the non-exclusive right to use and edit the photos irrevocably and for an unlimited period of time for the purpose of reporting on the competition. This includes distribution on the organiser's social media platforms and on the website highlifefabrics.de.

Exclusion from the competition:

Highlife Fabrics reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if the submitted photos violate applicable law or good taste. This also applies to violations of the conditions of participation and attempts to manipulate the competition.

Termination of contest:

Highlife Fabrics reserves the right to cancel the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned or if it is not possible to run the competition correctly for technical reasons.

Privacy policy

Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. The participant assures that the personal details provided, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, are true and correct.
